Eye Excellence has two convenient locations.
One office is located in the prestigious Texas Medical Center, in
the St. Luke's O'Quinn Medical Towers, at 6624 Fannin, Suite 2105. The other
office is located in the historic Museum District, at 4 Chelsea
Blvd.
The Summit Ambulatory Surgery Center, one of our locations for cataract
surgery, is easily accessed from Highway 59.

The Summit Ambulatory Surgery Center is located in Suite 108 of the River Oaks Medical Tower, in front of River Oaks Hospital, on the Southwest Freeway feeder, just west of Weslayan.
